BUSN 340 Project Management
This course introduces the concepts, processes and knowledge areas of project management as a means of completementing and integrating with other management disciplines. Course objectives are that students will develop
an understanding of concepts, processes and knowledge areas critical to successful project completion, along with the development of tehir own project plan. Students will also identify and recognize the factors that cause projects to
exceed budget, time limitations, and generally fail to meet stakeholder expectations. Pre-requisite. BADM 302. Fall on campus, Fall online.
