BIOL 341 Cell Biology

Fundamentals of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. Structure and composition cell membrane and cell organelles and their functions. Molecular organization of important cell organelles including the nucleus, mitochondria, and chloroplast. Three hours of lecture per week. Pre-requisites: BIOL 151 and CHEM 341. Co-requisite: BIOL 341L. Alternate years, Spring 2011.
