Computer Information Systems, Networking Technologies with a Concentration in Cloud Computing, Associate of Applied Science

This track begins with four courses intended to provide a solid foundation in computer network fundamentals.  Advanced coursework focuses on network administration from a Virtual and Cloud network administration concepts.  Students will receive instruction from various Cloud platforms including Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure. Scripting language instruction will be provided in Python and PowerShell.  The curriculum also includes database design instruction in MySQL. Cloud security and computer virtualization are other major program topics.  is addressed from  a virtual and Cloud Perspective.  The curriculum is designed to make graduates workforce ready and provides preparation  for industry certification.  All coursework involve lecture and hands-on instruction.
