BIO 3820 BASIC TISSUE CULTURE

An introduction to the fundamental concepts of basic tissue culture with a focus on propagating cell lines, aseptic technique, reagent preparation and cell analysis. Consideration is given to quantitative aspects of cell culturing and use of cell lines in vitro experimentation.
