FULL TITLE: COGNITIVE EVALUATION OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS COURSE NO: PSYD 6010 SEMESTER HOURS: 4 PREREQ: Matriculation in the Professional Diploma Program in School Psychology ENROLLMENT LIMIT: 10 COURSE TYPE: specialist; Required for all students in the Professional Diploma Program in School Psychology This course provides students with basic competencies in the selection, administration, scoring and interpretation of individually administered tests of intelligence and achievement. The Wechsler scales will be highlighted. Issues of theory, research, clinical utility and ethics are addressed.
