LLS 401 Seminar in Latinx Issues: Gender, Race, Ethnicity and the Legal System

A senior seminar that will explore Hispanic issues through an in-depth study of areas including crime, race and ethnic disparities; gender, language and culture; policing, courts and Latinx litigants; urban politics, immigration laws and policies; legal representation, administrative policy and interest groups; criminal justice themes in literature; and analysis and evaluation of aspects most relevant to Latinx communities.
