Title IX Sexual Misconduct Policy

Sexual-based misconduct, as defined in the Hood College’s Policy on Title IX Sexual Misconduct ,  includes Discrimination (based on sex stereotypes or characteristics, pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity, and parental, family, or marital status), sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation. Alleged violations of gender-based misconduct will be addressed through the process outlined in Hood College’s Policy on Title IX Sexual Misconduct. To the extent that this policy is inconsistent with any provision of Hood College’s Policy on Title IX Sexual Misconduct, the latter will prevail as it is mandated by Federal law.
