Transfer Associate Degree Credit

The Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Healthcare Administration and Management program is a “degree completion” program for those who have earned an AA, AS, AGS, or AAS degree in a healthcare-related field. The BAS in Healthcare Administration and Management program prepares individuals to develop, plan, and manage health care operations and services within health care facilities and across health care systems. This program includes instruction in planning, business management, financial management, public relations, human resources management, health care systems operation and management, health care resource allocation and policy making, health law and regulations, and applications to specific types of health care services. You will need a completed healthcare-related associate degree to enter this program. Credits beyond 60 may transfer toward your BAS, covering general education and lower-division courses. This includes up to 72 credits—or up to 78 with MAT 1260 and either ACC 1011 or FIN 2010—helping you finish your bachelor’s degree faster. Students must complete a minimum of 120 credits to complete this degree.
