A winter or summer term abroad in a Spanish-speaking country is strongly encouraged. If student chooses to study abroad for one semester, the student is required to take 4 sh of WLC 301, 302, 303 as part of the study abroad course load that counts towards the minor. A maximum of 2 courses (8 semester hours) taught in Spanish abroad at the appropriate level and approved by the department can apply to the minor.
