KIN 3600 Exercise Physiology

This course is designed to provide principles of exercise physiology and understand applications of this knowledge in real-world settings. The history of exercise physiology will be explored as well as new information on fitness and health. The importance of nutrition and the impact of training on the performance of physiological systems will be emphasized - 3 lecture hours. Prerequisites: BIO 2500/BIO 2505 or BIO 4500/BIO 4505 and BIO 2600/BIO 2605 or BIO 4600/BIO 4605.
