GPH 3300 Health Education and Promotion
This course covers theoretical and practical perspectives of health education and promotion program development and implementation with particular focus on the role and responsibilities of a certified health education specialist. We will also cover principles of health communication, health literacy, and potential stakeholders in health education and promotion - 4 lecture hours. This course is open to students from other disciplines. Prerequisite:
GPH 3200 (only applies to Global Public Health majors), or instructor consent; may be online.
