PHE 101Y FLOORBALL (INNEBANDY)

This course introduces students to the high-energy, fast-paced Swedish sport of Floorball (innebandy). Combining elements of ice hockey, bandy, and soccer, Floorball emphasizes speed, agility, and teamwork. Students will learn fundamental stick-handling skills, game strategies, and the rules of the game.
