ENG 312 MILTON

Ambitious poet, revolutionary propagandist, free-press advocate, and would-be divorce, Milton spent his later years blind and crying out to be "milked" by his secretaries of his great poem, Paradise Lost. Readings will include Comus, Lycidas, Areopagitica, Paradise Lost, excerpts from Paradise Regained, and Samson Agonistes.
