MAN 168 Basic Process Controls

This course introduces the basic terminology and concepts of Statistical Process Control (SPC) for managers. The topics explore process capability and variation. Participants practice the seven quality tools to find and remove causes of process variation. Discussion focuses on the basic uses and identification of statistical tools. Additionally, considerable discussion occurs about a variety of ways to apply these tools.

Successful completion (grade C or better) of
MAN 105.
