FRE 268 Perdu en Traduction: Translation in Practice

The course will offer to students the opportunity to be introduced to the art of translation. The course will cover the main problems encountered in the translation process and their different solutions and techniques. The course will adopt a hands-on approach introducing students to the different texts (literary, journalistic, specialized, etc.) and medium (TV series, Graphic Novel, etc.).
