MIS 551 Workflow Optimization with AI and Automation for Business
This graduate-level course explores the application of artificial intelligence (AI) with a particular focus on integrating AI into workflows in business. Students will develop a deep understanding of when and how to apply AI responsibly, evaluate its ethical implications, and build business workflow applications. Through case studies, hands-on projects, and applied research, students will analyze how AI technologies transform industries, create new opportunities, and pose governance challenges. Emphasis is placed on both case analysis and managerial decision-making.
