EE 432 FPGA Design and Digital Systems
This course provides hands-on experience with Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) and their applications across industries such as aerospace, medical, communications, industrial control, and defense. Students learn FPGA architecture, design flow, and programming using the Verilog Hardware Description Language. The course emphasizes real-world implementation. Through practical projects, students gain the skills to design, synthesize, and deploy FPGA systems independently. Two hours lecture and two hours laboratory.
