EE 424 Digital Control Systems

Study of controlling systems, both analog and digital, with digital controllers. Students will learn about the practical implementation of modern control systems. Students will study topics such as digital PID, lead-lag, deadbeat, and inverse control. A variety of controllers will be implemented using computer systems. Two hours lecture and three hours laboratory.
