EE 411 Integrated Circuit Devices and Fabrication

Covers the theory, design, and fabrication of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits. Topics include crystal growth, oxidation, diffusion, photolithography, doping, etching, metallization, and packaging. Students gain practical understanding of process flow and cleanroom technology through virtual or laboratory simulations. Two hours lecture and two hours laboratory.
