Healthcare Leadership Certificate
The Carroll College Healthcare Leadership Certificate (HLC) is designed to teach management and leadership skills to healthcare professionals. Leaders will increase their effectiveness in leading healthcare organizations with the latest management techniques, theory and practice in the healthcare context. The HLC provides the latest critical skills to new and existing healthcare managers for the demands of a changing and growing healthcare field, allowing them to lead healthcare organizations to success. This program is ideal for healthcare professionals new to management, and for those experienced managers eager to learn the newest theories and practice. It also provides the opportunity to network and engage with other healthcare leaders and to learn from each other, as well as from a dynamic team of instructors.
The Healthcare Leadership Certificate is comprised of nine Key Course Modules:

- Module 3: Leadership Skills for the Healthcare Professional
- Module 4: Healthcare Finance & Accounting
- Module 5: Healthcare Policy, Insurance & Regulatory Environment

- Module 8: Managing Legal, Compliance, Risks and Human Resources
