ARC 405 HOUSING AMERICA
The U.S. faces a severe housing crisis, with millions of people unable to secure affordable homes. This course examines historical sources of the crisis and proposed solutions in policy and design. Students will meet with experts, conduct archival research, collect data, and perform design analysis to study New London as a potential site for new social housing models.
