PHE 109 LIFEGUARD TRAINING

Through a combination of online training, classroom learning, and in-water skill development, successful candidates will earn their American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification, including First Aid/CPR/AED, all valid for two years.  This course provides participants the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies.  Ability to pass a pre-course swim test (300 yards, plus two minutes of treading water) is a prerequisite.
