MUS 115 INTRO INSTRUMENTAL/VOCAL STUDY
Private instruction designed for students at an elementary level. Students receive one 25-minute lesson per week. Minimum practice expectation is one half-hour per day. To enhance their musical development, students are encouraged to take MUS 104, 122, or 130 early in their study, and to enroll in an ensemble (MUS 220) concurrently with MUS 115 as appropriate and in consultation with their teacher and the ensemble director.
Notes
One semester-hour credit per semester (pass/not passed). May be repeated for credit. For restrictions on the number of one-semester-hour courses that may be counted toward the degree, see the Academic section of the catalog.

Permission of the instructor is required.
