Data, Data, Everywhere: Understanding the World Through Data  In a world awash in data, making sense of that data is critical for everything:  from sales data to investigating the role of the Electoral College, from public policy to molecular biology, from software development to shipping logistics. The course delves into inferential thinking, computational thinking, and real-world relevance. Students will encounter critical concepts and skills in computer programming and statistical inference, in conjunction with hands-on analysis of real-world datasets.
