FDP 201 THEMATIC INQUIRY

A team-taught course introducing students to the ideas and themes of the Food Pathway.  The course is divided into several modules, taught by faculty from across campus and by guest lecturers, the first of which introduces students to key concepts and issues in food systems and food studies.  Other modules relate to growing food, distributing and preparing food, and food consumption and waste.  Students will work throughout the semester to contextualize the modules and develop their animating questions.
