MSM 289 INTRODUCTION TO MUSEUM WORK

This course provides hands-on opportunities to explore the challenges of museum work.  Students will gain experience handling material objects, developing and installing exhibitions, using collections databases, and planning programming to engage with audiences.  Collaborative projects focus on campus collections and beyond, including natural science, art, and history materials.
