AHI 287 INTRODUCTION TO MUSEUM FINANCE

An introduction to the fundamental tenets of non-profit financial management in the museum setting. Through a combination of case studies, readings, and discussion of current financial issues affecting the museum field, students learn basic skills related to budget construction, resource management, financial reporting, and institutional planning for museum organizations of all sizes.
