JPN 400E UNDERSTANDING JAPAN

A content and language integrated learning (CLL) course for multi-level learners. Students will read and watch online materials from NHK high school Japanese history courses relating to major historical events in Japan. One of the goals of this course is for students to acquire the ability to understand Japanese-language reportage on current news events as well as intercultural communication, through giving oral and written presentations.
