FYS 106S INVENTING WORLD RELIGIONS

Who invented the world's major religions? When? Where? This course will answer these questions by exploring the world's major religions, examining how ideas within and about them have been produced, and placing them in historical contexts such as colonialism, nationalism, and secularism.
