EAS 210 EAST ASIA & TRANSNATL BUSINESS

An examination of perceptions of East Asia and East Asian business in culture from the end of World War II to the present.  Through investigations of cultural materials and work with Connecticut College alumni, students examine the role of business in East Asian culture and its intersections with gender, sexuality, media, (trans)nationalism, technology, and the self.
