THE 206 ACTING II: VOICE, POWER & PLAY

ACTING II: VOICE, POWER, AND PLAY ANALYSIS.  Study and practice of script analysis for actors, with a focus on contemporary plays. Scene work will focus on a play's objectives, relationships, complexities, and key moments in order to interpret and shape the action of a play in rehearsal and performance. The course focuses on freeing the voice and using the body as an expressive instrument.
