Student Career Management
The Hale Center for Career Development currently utilizes Handshake, which is the portal through which students schedule appointments with Hale Center staff, have access to career-related event announcements and registration, job and internship postings, career resources, and to manage and store documents. Through Handshake, staff are also able to send informational notices and batch emails to students aligned with career affinity groups. [1]
Through the Career Preparation course, students may also make use of a personalized ePortfolio system, which allows them to collect and organize their work and show proof of their progress in terms of career preparation and development, and which they may use and tailor to their needs moving forward.
