STA 235 BIOLOGICAL STATISTICS

An exploration of principles and data analysis of ecology and environmental sciences, including planning, data exploration, and data visualization using standard software tools. Statistical tests include test for differences, correlations, associations, and ANOVAs. Emphasis on application of these methods to real-world biological data. Students will learn how to use Excel and R for data analysis and visualization.
