SJS 201 THEMATIC INQUIRY

Throughout history, egalitarian values and hierarchy have motivated individuals and societies to create or tear down economic, social, and political systems. Employing various disciplines and modes of human expression, the course explores equality both as an ideal and a practice. Students will complete research projects on some aspect of equality, inequality, or justice. These projects will assist students in articulating their animating questions for the Pathway, as well as developing their future Curricular Itinerary and Global/Local Engagement.
