Chican@ Latinx Religion and Spirituality - An exploration of religious and healing traditions specific to Chican@ and Latinx peoples, such as espiritualismo, curanderismo, santería, and culturally specific articulations of Christianity. Readings examine the tensions among Indigenous, European, and metaphysical religious hybridities against a history of racialization and colonialism.
